We can design programs for clubs, small organizations or a group of friends that want to make healthy changes within a group setting. Going through it together is a wonderful way to harness the strength of your group to provide extra accountability, motivation and encouragement.

GROUP PROGRAMS PROVIDE NUTRITION EDUCATION AND THE TOOLS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT LASTING DIETARY CHANGE IN A FUN AND SUPPORTIVE SETTING.

GROUP COACHING OPTIONS:

• One time workshops for clubs or any single meeting gathering (one hour length with Q & A and email follow-up)

• Group coaching packages for two or more meetings – groups can meet bi-weekly or monthly

• 21-Day Jumpstart Coaching Group Programs: Groups meet once before beginning program, 1 to 3 meetings during program (options to meet once or meet weekly) and once for transitioning off program.

WE CAN PROVIDE:

• On-site meetings and workshops

• Virtual meetings using web or teleconference

• Facilitation of group online platform for Q & A
